Please review our return policy below before placing your order.Custom & Personalized OrdersAll custom, personalized, made-to-order, or embroidered items are subject to a 50% refund only once production has started. This includes:

  • Custom T-shirts
  • Embroidered apparel
  • Personalized items
  • Bulk/custom business orders
  • Special event merchandise

Because these items are made specifically for each customer, we cannot offer full refunds after work has begun.If there is an issue with your order due to an error on our end, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your item so we can make it right.Ready-to-Ship ItemsAll ready-to-ship items are eligible for a 100% refund if returned in unused, unworn condition within 14 days of delivery.Items must:

  • Be unworn and unwashed
  • Have no stains, odors, or damage
  • Be returned in original condition

Non-Refundable ItemsThe following items are non-refundable:
